  • Clients must submit a refund request within 7 days of service completion.
  • Requests must include detailed reasons for dissatisfaction and supporting evidence if applicable.

Refund Process

  • Review & Assessment – Our team will evaluate your request to determine eligibility based on the service agreement and quality standards.
  • Resolution & Refund Issuance – If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 days via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client.
  • Refund requests submitted beyond the 7-day eligibility period.
  • Custom or special requests that were completed as per client instructions.
  • Technical issues unrelated to our service performance.

Exceptional Cases
